About Me

My name is Kendra-Lee, and I support people through personalized nutrition and steady coaching designed to help the body feel more balanced, responsive, and supported.

Food has always been central in my life. Growing up in a large Newfie family, I learned early how meals create connection, routine, and care. Over time, I also saw how nutrition can quietly influence both mental and physical well-being.

With over a decade of experience working in healthcare and a background in laboratory science, alongside ongoing training in holistic nutrition and wellness, my approach blends informed structure with compassion and practicality. I believe meaningful progress comes from clarity, consistency, and support that fits real life.

At the heart of my work are simple values: laughing often, loving fully, eating well, and staying active.
